Inviting Authors

The Editorial Board of the Journal WISDOM published by The Department of Philosophy and  Logic Named after Academician Georg Brutian at Khachatur Abovyan Armenian State Pedagogical University invites not only authors, outstanding experts but also beginning researchers, students, post-graduates, lecturers who are interested in theoretical philosophy, logic, and argumentation.

The Editorial Board accepts only the high-quality works (texts, summarizing research results, publication prepared sources, thematic essays, reviews, and others) which have not previously been published and have been discussed, guaranteed for publication at the session of an appropriate Chair.

Publication of scientific articles in the journal WISDOM has a submission fee.

The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied. In case of more than one author, it is required to mention who is the author/contributor. If this information is lacking, the author will be considered the first indicated person. 

The first author of each article will receive a free copy of the journal issue. A special price is offered for the co-authors: $ 30 + shipping costs. If the authors want to order more than one copy of the journal, please indicate the exact number of copies required and write your mailing address.

The manuscript must be presented in English. It must be actual, contain new information, reflects the proposed issue, research methods, and tools, portrays the main results and conclusions of the research as well as match the technical requirements and design rules adopted for the future articles. The edition of casually made works requires a great deal of time. The Editorial Board demands to be attentive and submit only thoroughly examined articles; otherwise, they will be rejected from the first stage of revision.

The Editorial Board is quite familiar with the difficulties that scientists encounter in academic institutes, universities, and scientific centers. The requirements of scientific work, grants, and research projects become more and more strict. The publication of periodicals determines not only the progress of research projects but also the authors, the opportunity of working in the field of your profession as well as other means of dissertation defense and career development. But all this and so-called the rating race should not lead to the decline of the scientific level of the articles being published in periodicals. 

Manuscripts are submitted during the whole year and published in order of general priority. The period of the periodical publication depends on the level of its content readiness and lasts approximately 6 months. All submitted works are revised.

The Editorial Board has a full right to reject the manuscript from publication in case of revealing any publication ethics malpractices.

The materials and CDs will not be returned.
